Conclusion

In conclusion, these are the list of items I found to be great investments. By all means buy what you like you don’t have to go by this list. It was just an interesting topic I came across while surveying the luxury fashion resale market. It is also advised that in order for the items to be resale friendly items should be purchased in common colors like beige, brown, black, white if they aren’t rare collection pieces.

PS, all items must be in almost great conditions for one to be able to get the most out a resale, which may affect utter enjoyment of using the item cause one might fear ruining it. Make a purchase when you are financially ready.
